PRICES AND POLICES
SCHEDULE A LESSON

prices and polices...

Prices:
First two lessons are for the price of one.
Lessons are offered at 30, 45 and 60 minute options.
Please contact me for pricing details.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be made with 24 hours notice, and must be made up with-in 30 days.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of a lesson will not be made up.
Exceptions will be made for emergencies only (death in the family, etc.).

Accompanist:
One to two times a month, an accompanist will join us for a lesson, at the additional cost to the student of $20.
For this lesson, students are expected to bring a copy of the music they would like to sing for themselves, the
    accompanist and the teacher.

Student Responsibilities:

Materials
Students are expected to come each week with any materials given to them by the teacher.  (Notes from previous
lessons, sheet music, warm ups, books, tapes, etc.)
Students will be encouraged to make small purchases from time to time such as a sheet music, music notepaper, or
        an iTunes download.
Students should always bring at least 2 copies of new music to a lesson.  If an accompanist is present, the student
should bring 3 copies (one for the student, one of the teacher, and one for the accompanist).
Practicing
Students are expected to spend time, as discussed with the teacher, practicing and/or listening to musical examples
        each week between lessons.
This time may vary from student to student and week to week, and is meant to be flexible to the student’s needs,
        schedule and level.
Parents ~ Please note that this is an agreement we will make weekly in an effort to make music a daily part of
students lives (no matter how small the amount of time) and help them take personal ownership of their musical
and vocal growth.  There will be no tests or grades but I will hold them accountable for this time and we will
discuss how to practice and how to make it work for them.
